Unjumbl, made by ResponsiBee LLC, lets you delete specific data at any time without deleting your account, or request deletion of your whole account and everything tied to it. This page explains both, and exactly what gets deleted either way.
You don't need to delete your whole account to remove specific data — these are all available directly in the app, take effect immediately, and don't require contacting us:
Never linked an email? Most Unjumbl usage is fully anonymous by default — the app works without ever creating an account, and in that case there's no email or identifier we can use to locate your data on request. Simply uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. Cloud-synced data tied only to an anonymous, unlinked device isn't reachable by us to search for or act on manually.
| Data | Deleted? |
|---|---|
| Your linked email address | Deleted |
| Room and zone photos | Deleted |
| Plans, zones, and item lists | Deleted |
| Corrections you made to AI-generated content | Deleted |
| Subscription status | Deleted |
| Coarse, de-identified product-analytics events (e.g. "a plan was generated," with no photo or personal content attached) | Retained in aggregate — see below |
We retain de-identified analytics events (event names and coarse metadata only — never photos or item contents, see our Privacy Policy) after account deletion, since they're used in aggregate to understand overall app usage and can't be used to identify you once your account is deleted. Everything else — your photos, plans, items, corrections, email, and subscription status — is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
